Acceptable Use

What this build is for

Puck Uncensored is a desktop crew and a public API. In the app you give an order; the crew executes in a folder on your computer. Through the API you send the same models a chat completion. Other tools often stop, hedge, or moralise. This one does not add that layer. Legal work that is adult, sharp, commercial, political, satirical, or uncomfortable is in scope. That is why this line exists.

Your actions are yours

The desktop app and the API send your prompts through our servers to the model so it can reply. We do not sit in your folder and we do not keep a chat archive. We are still the operator of the proxy. You remain responsible for:

• orders you give the Coordinator or Coder
• every API call made with your key
• text, code, or images the model produces
• files written, patched, or deleted in your workspace
• commands run on your machine and pages opened in the app’s browser
• anything you then send, publish, sell, or rely on

You use the product at your own risk. If you are not willing to own the outcome, do not run it. Liability between you and us is in the Terms — including the rights a consumer cannot sign away.

Allowed

Use that is lawful where you are. Including, without being a complete list:

• work other assistants refuse with a lecture
• adult or explicit creative and commercial copy that is legal
• fiction, satire, games, and art that other filters block
• competitor teardowns, scraping of content you have a right to collect, and building software in a folder you control
• security work on systems you are authorised to test

Not allowed

You may not use Puck Uncensored — the app or the API — to break the law. That includes, without being a complete list:

• sexual content involving minors, including AI-generated or “virtual” images, or any attempt to obtain it
• non-consensual intimate imagery, undressing, or sexual deepfakes of real people
• attacks on systems, accounts, or people you are not authorised to touch
• fraud, scams, identity theft, or payment abuse
• malware or exploits aimed at others
• terrorism, or assistance in designing or obtaining chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear weapons
• trafficking people, weapons, or drugs in violation of law
• doxxing or stalking
• untargeted scraping of faces to build a facial-recognition database
• selling the raw API as a service whose purpose is prohibited use

We do not monitor the folder on your computer. We can still close an account for prohibited use, abuse of the API, chargeback fraud, or if the law requires it on the account and billing data we hold. Prohibited use is a breach of the Terms.

API

The same rules apply to HTTP calls. You are responsible for your clients and for anyone who uses your key. Do not share a key. The 10 requests/second cap is a limit, not a target to grind. If you put Puck in front of other people, you owe them whatever disclosure the law requires of a deployer — we are not that notice.

What we do not do

• We do not store your chats in our database.
• We do not promise that output is true, safe, or fit to ship without your review.
• We do not authorise crime by leaving the refusal layer off.
